Refund policy

Custom-Made items

Please be aware that custom-made items, epoxy, custom skincare and custom jewelry items are not eligible for refunds, except in the case of an error on the part of Kreative Klutz. Before placing an order, please consider any allergies you may have to essential oils, herbal oils, butters, or any other items listed in the product description. We advise you to read each description carefully. Please note that we are not responsible for any adverse reactions to our products.

If any items you receive are broken or have lost their integrity, please take clear and concise pictures and attach them to an email explaining the issue. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and would be more than happy to work with you to resolve the problem. You have the option to have your item reshipped or get a full refund. We will be responsible for the return cost of the item.

Replacements (if applicable)

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it by sending an email to melanindescendant@gmail.com with attached images of the issue. Once we receive your email, we will send you a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your request. We will then review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If approved, we will start working on your replacement within 24 hours, or as otherwise discussed. Please note that the delivery time for your replacement may vary depending on the item, and can take anywhere between 2-10 days. Some items may require longer curing time than others.


Refunds

1. For personalized items that have been made specifically according to your instructions, refunds are only available if the items arrive damaged. In such cases, please contact us with pictures and a brief description of the damage within 10 days of receiving the item. We will respond to your request within 2-3 business days and process your refund within 7-10 days, depending on your financial institution.

2. For items purchased as sold on the site, you have 10 days from the date of receipt to request a refund. Please send us an email at Melanindescendant@gmail.com with your complaint. Once we receive your email and the unwanted item, we will happily initiate the refund process. You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping costs.  Please note that it may take up to 7-10 days to process your refund, depending on your financial institution.
